Keyboarding Activities and Resources

Once elementary teachers have completed the initial 20 days of Keyboard Chatter instruction, they will provide follow-up keyboarding instruction at least ten minutes once a week for the remainder of the year. Following is a collection of websites, activities, and resources to aid teacher in this follow-up instruction.
*Note: In order for follow-up activities to qualify as effective keyboarding instruction, teachers must monitor and reinforce proper keyboarding technique throughout each lesson.

KBK by Ellsworth Publishing is the program each elementary school will be using for follow-up keyboarding instruction in grades 3-5.

Any lessons not completed during the initial 20 days of instruction can be used as follow-up activities. Lessons can be re-taught to review and improve skills.
