Who do I ask for help?

  • Ed Tech: The Ed Tech's role is to assist teachers in implementing technology in the classroom.  Contact your Ed Tech if you need technology related professional development, suggestions or help with technology use in the classroom, or assistance in writing a technology grant.
  • Field Tech: Field Techs are assigned to multiple schools and manage break/fix issues with district technology equipment.  You may contact them for help by submitting a help ticket for computer repair or software install.
  • Help Desk: The Help Desk can help you reset your password, create a footprints ticket, or with student data. The Help Desk hours are from 7 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Friday. The phone number is 801-826-5544.
  • Achievement Coach: Achievement Coaches are assigned to specific schools, and are able to provide methodology and pedagogy guidance and suggestions, classroom management strategies, testing/data analysis, and are available to do observations.
  • EBL Specialist:  The EBL Specialists are content area specialists, and are not assigned to a specific schools.  You may contact them with content questions or concerns.
  • Custodian:  The custodian is responsible for the physical upkeep and maintenance of the building.
