Jing

Picture
Jing is a way to capture images and videos of what you see on your computer screen. You can also add visual elements to online conversations. You can create short videos and narrate them. It is a way to explain ideas, collaborate, give feedback and share information. You are given 2GB of free storage space on Screencast.com. You may upload your material to Screencast.com, save to your computer, copy to clipboard, or upload to a FTP server or site such as Flickr.  See the "Getting Started" document on the right for more detailed information on how to use Jing.

Uses:

1. Makes screen capture and screen casting easy
2. Compatible with Mac and PC

Limitations:

1. Limited annotation tools
2.  Limited storage space
