CSD Employee Webmail
OWA (Outlook Web Access) also referred to the Exchange Server is the online version of Outlook, the email service used by the Canyons School District. While Outlook may only be accessible on the computer it is loaded on, OWA is accessible on any device that has the ability to connect to the internet. OWA has a similar look and feel as Outlook. With OWA you can send and receive messages and attachments, create folders and organize messages within the folders, view calendar appointments and contacts, and set up the Out of Office Assistant.

- OWA allows you to set up rules to manage your messages. For example, you could create a rule to automatically direct any message containing the word "orchestra" in the subject line into a particular folder (instead of your Inbox).
