Nearpod for Admins

Picture
Nearpod is a presentation tool that is a must have for educators and administrators alike. Using Nearpod, you can create interactive presentations that will keep your teachers engaged and focused during your meeting. Nearpod puts your presentation in the hands of the teachers while you, as the presenter, can still control the slides. Upload PowerPoint slides, websites, or assessment/discussions to the presentation to keep teachers participating in the meeting.
Don't have time to hold an in-person faculty meeting?  No problem! Nearpod has a homework option.  Give the teachers the link to your presentation, and they will be able to view the material at their own convenience. If you love the product, you  might even consider buying a school license so every teacher can use Nearpod in their classrooms with many added features.

Pros:

1. Engaging Faculty Meetings
2. Flip PD
3. Free for up to 30 "students"

Cons:

1. Will need license for more than 30
2.  Slide options are limited
3. Free account is limited
