When a Student Tries to Access a Blocked Page:
When a student tries to access a page that is blocked with the Lightspeed filter, this will appear and notify the student the they are not allowed to access this page.
Teachers will be prompted with the same page but will be allowed to enter their credentials and continue to the desired page.
